These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products and services from The MAD (The Marketers And Developers) through our website themad.in. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Services
We sell the following through our website:
- WordPress plugins: downloadable software with free and pro (paid) versions, delivered as ZIP files with licence keys.
- SaaS subscriptions: cloud-hosted software products (DigiVCard, DigiPortfolio, MAD CRM) accessed via subscription plans.
- Digital marketing and IT services: consulting, development, and training services sold on a project or retainer basis.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD as indicated on the product page.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. GST will be added at checkout as required by Indian tax law.
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.
- For subscription products, your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed or active subscription terms.
Order Confirmation and Delivery
- You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment.
- WordPress plugins: download links and licence keys are delivered immediately via email and your account dashboard. Download links are valid for a limited number of downloads.
- SaaS products: access is provisioned automatically upon successful payment. Login credentials are sent to your registered email.
- Services: project timelines and deliverables are agreed upon separately after purchase.
Licence Terms
- WordPress plugin licences are per-site unless stated otherwise. Each licence key activates the plugin on the number of sites specified in your plan.
- Pro licences include updates and support for the duration of your subscription (1 year or as specified).
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicence our products without written permission.

GST and Invoicing
- GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically for all purchases and sent to your registered email.
- Our GSTIN is displayed on all invoices.
- If you require a specific HSN/SAC code or custom invoice details, contact us before placing your order.
- For international customers, GST may not apply depending on your jurisdiction.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at akshat@themad.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, The MAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
